Anything not specifically mentioned under the head “Cost Inclusion”.
Extra nights in hotel due to ill health, flight cancellation or any other reason.
The service of vehicle is not included on leisure days & after finishing the sightseeing tour as per the itinerary.
Extensions of tour programme or diversions in the tour itinerary for any reasons eg. due to bad weather, road closure, breakdown, any natural calamities, flight cancellation etc.
We shall not be responsible for escalation of cost due to flight cancellations for any reasons. Flight cancellation is out of our control, hence if flight is cancelled by airline, we are not responsible to give any substitute flight. If it is provided by airline we shall give you the same, but if it is not provided by airline then we shall not be responsible for any damages or for reimbursement. In such a case customer shall pay for booking the alternate flight at the prevailing rates.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:

CANCELLATION CHARGES –
Any time after booking but before 60 days of departure date – Rs. 6000/- per person.
Between 60 days to 45 days prior to departure date : 40 % of the total Tour / service cost including air ticket cost.
Between 44 days & 30 prior to departure date : 50 % of the total Tour / service cost including air ticket cost.
Between 29 days to date of departure – 100 % cancellation charge of the total Tour / service cost including air tickets.

Some Important Facts:-

1)Photo Identity card with full personal details such as Blood group, Medical history etc.
2)Personal Medicines along with Medical prescription if you are advised any specific drug.
3)Address and Phone number of your family Doctor and contact numbers for emergency.
4)All travel Documents like Passport/ Identity cards/Rail / Air ticket/ Confirmation vouchers/Boarding Pass etc.
5)Travel with Light, handy baggage that is easy to carry.
Carry Chain & Lock for Baggage during long distance Train Journey.
6)To avoid Hiring of winter wear carry Warm Clothes, Jacket, Sun Glasses and if possible Raincoat or umbrella with you.
7)Avoid new pair of footwear and carry sufficient pairs of socks and bathroom slippers.
8)Small travel & toiletry kit with Cold cream, Antiseptic cream, Talcum Powder, Torch, Camera, Binoculars, Small Knife, Diary, Pen, Safety Pins and Chargers if you are carrying mobile,Digital camera / Handy cam.
9)If you are travelling by air, enquire about things allowed to carry in hand baggage.
10)If you are travelling by Air always check the departure times 24 Hrs before the schedule departure, sometimes the timing changes.
11)Reach the airport as per required check in time.
If you are travelling by Air then your Luggage should have items as per Airline rules.
12)Recommended that Gents should carry Dhoti/Lungi and Ladies should carry Sari-Blouse for temple.
