***Important Notification: The “Tourism Dirham” as introduced by Dubai DTCM- (Department of Tourism & Commerce Marketing) – based on the Executive Council Resolution No. 2 of 2014, which was communicated on the 24th of February 2014, a minimal charge depending on the Hotel category will be applicable as of 31st of March 2014 onwards. This is a fee that applies to all occupied room nights in Dubai and will be charged to guests at the time of check-out @ 5 Star or above hotel / Resort or Deluxe hotel Apartments – AED 20.00 {USD 6.00} / 4 Star hotel / Resort or Superior hotel apartments – AED 15.00 {USD 4.00) / 3 Star hotel / Resort or Standard hotel apartments – AED 10.00 {USD 3.00} per occupied room per night. 50 % OF THE BOOKING COST IMMEDIATELY AT THE TIME OF BOOKING
BALANCE 50 % – 20 DAYS PRIOR TO DATE OF DEPARTURE

Cost Excludes:-
1)GST 5 %
2)Any kind of bus, Air, rail fare.
3)Personal expenses such as tips, laundry, phone call etc.
4)Any kind of drinks (alcoholic, mineral, soft or hard and starters.
5)Anything not specifically mentioned under the head “Cost Inclusion”.
6)Extra nights in hotel due to ill health, flight cancelation or any other reason.
The service of vehicle is not included on leisure days & after finishing the sightseeing tour as per the itinerary.
7)Extensions of tour programme or diversions in the tour itinerary for any reasons eg. Due to bad weather, road closure, breakdown, any natural calamities, flight cancellation etc.
8)We shall not be responsible for escalation of cost due to flight cancellations for any reasons. Flight cancellation is out of our control; hence if flight is cancelled by airline, we are not responsible to give any substitute flight. If it is provided by airline we shall give you the same, but if it is not provided by airline then we shall not be responsible for any damages or for reimbursement. In such a case customer shall pay for booking the alternate flight at the prevailing rates.

Cancellation Policy:
In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing or via mail and cancellation charges would be as follows:

CANCELLATION CHARGES:
Any time after booking but before 60 days of departure date – Rs. 2000/- per person excluding air/train tickets.

Between 60 days to 45 days prior to departure date: 30 % of the total Tour / service cost excluding air/railway ticket cost.
Between 44 days & 30 prior to departure date: 50 % of the total Tour / service cost excluding air ticket/rail ticket cost.
Between 20 days to date of departure – 100 % cancellation charge of the total Tour excluding air/rail ticket cost.
