DATE PROGRAMME
Day 1 Departure from Mumbai/Pune International Airport as per your Flight Schedule; Pick up from Dubai International Airport; Transfer to your hotel as per your flight schedule free leisure in hotel and halt.
Day 2 (Dubai City Tour)
Today you can enjoy Dubai Half day city tour with Dhow Cruise in this tour you can seen Dubai Creek, Jumeirah Mosque, Jumeirah Beach, Burj-Al-Arab, Plam Atlntis, Shaikh Zayab Road with Burj Khalifa. Later in the evening you can enjoy Dhow cruise ride with followed by Dinner. after that Transfer to the hotel.(Breakfast and Dinner)
Day 3 (Full day Desert Safari Tour)
Today Morning free leisure in hotel, Later in the afternoon pick up from hotel and transfer for Desert Safari here you can enjoy exciting dunes riding in land Cruiser, After Dunes riding you can enjoy Barbeque Dinner with Belly Dance Performance after they Transfer to the hotel and halt.(Breakfast and Dinner)
Day 4 Today after Breakfast Departure for Abu Dhabi Ferrari World here you can enjoy Ferrari World themed with 20 Unique Rides, After that transfer your hotel and Halt. (Breakfast)
Day 5 Check out from hotel as per the hotel Policy and Transfer to Dubai International Airport,

50 % OF THE BOOKING COST IMMEDIATELY AT THE TIME OF BOOKING
BALANCE 50 % – 20 DAYS PRIOR TO DATE OF DEPARTURE

Cost Excludes:-
1)GST 5 %
2)Any kind of bus, Air, rail fare.
3)Personal expenses such as tips, laundry, phone call etc.
4)Any kind of drinks (alcoholic, mineral, soft or hard and starters.
5)Anything not specifically mentioned under the head “Cost Inclusion”.
6)Extra nights in hotel due to ill health, flight cancelation or any other reason.
The service of vehicle is not included on leisure days & after finishing the sightseeing tour as per the itinerary.
7)Extensions of tour programme or diversions in the tour itinerary for any reasons eg. Due to bad weather, road closure, breakdown, any natural calamities, flight cancellation etc.
8)We shall not be responsible for escalation of cost due to flight cancellations for any reasons. Flight cancellation is out of our control; hence if flight is cancelled by airline, we are not responsible to give any substitute flight. If it is provided by airline we shall give you the same, but if it is not provided by airline then we shall not be responsible for any damages or for reimbursement. In such a case customer shall pay for booking the alternate flight at the prevailing rates.

Cancellation Policy:
In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing or via mail and cancellation charges would be as follows:

CANCELLATION CHARGES:
Any time after booking but before 60 days of departure date – Rs. 2000/- per person excluding air/train tickets.

Between 60 days to 45 days prior to departure date: 30 % of the total Tour / service cost excluding air/railway ticket cost.
Between 44 days & 30 prior to departure date: 50 % of the total Tour / service cost excluding air ticket/rail ticket cost.
Between 20 days to date of departure – 100 % cancellation charge of the total Tour excluding air/rail ticket cost.
