1)Original valid passport at least for 06 months, Visa Application form signed by Pax only with blue pen as per Passport , For children take signature of both parents.
2)02 colour photo 35mm x 45mm, 80% face white background, Original Covering letter with applicant reachable contact no and email-id on Indian company letter head & Invitation letter copy from Singapore.
3)confirm ticket with e-ticket number & Bank statement copy for last 03 month with balance of above Rs. 50,000/-.
TOURIST VISA :
1)Original valid ppt atleast for 06 months, Visa Application form signed by Pax only with blue pen as per Passport ,For children take signature of both parents
2)02 colour photo 35x45mm 80% face white background in matt finish, Covering letter require Husband & Wife Both Signature on it if travelling in family along with Head of the family contact number.
3)Covering Letter should mention {Travel date / Passport Details / Business or Working details with company name, address & contact number / Hotel address in Singapore with name.
4)Confirm issued ticket with e-ticket number & Bank statement copy for last 03 month with balance of above Rs. 50,000/- & Visiting Card copy of applicant.
