Notes:
1. Above rates are inclusive of uniformed chauffeur(with Mobile), fuel and all maintenance costs.
2. Mileage and time are noted from Swargate garage to Swargate garage.
3. Interstate taxes, Toll,Tax,Parking,Permit Charges etc. shall be charged extra.
4. If detention exceeds 4 hours, inclusive of time from/to garage, full day duty becomes payable.
5. For Pune City Outstation minimum 300 Kms limit per day will be charged.
6. Night charges applicable after 00:00 Mid Night.
7. Service Tax @ 9.00% will be applicable as per Govt. rules.
8. This tariff can be changed at any time if there is hike-up in Petrol/ Diesel.
9. Kindly note that outside of pune area vehicle kilometre limit is 300 km minimum.
10.on whats app or phonetic conformation we are not consider as a conformation only with mailing conformation as a valid booking.
11. we provide you vehicle for as per your programme.
12. Kindly note that all Above 7 Seater Cars we Charge Permit Charges Rs.1,000 That is Extra.
PAYMENT TERMS:
50 % OF THE BOOKING COST IMMEDIATELY AT THE TIME OF BOOKING,
BALANCE 50 % – Before the departure from Pune/Mumbai.
Cancellation Policy:
In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing or via mail and cancellation charges would be as follows:
CANCELLATION CHARGES:
Any time after booking but before 20 days of departure date – Rs. 1000/-.
Between 21 days to 25 days prior to departure date: 30 % of the total Tour Cost.
Between 26 days & 30 prior to departure date: 50 % of the total Tour Cost.
Between 48 hour to date of departure – 100 % cancellation charge of the total Tour Cost.
